Astilleros de Mallorca was founded in 1941 in the port of Palma and has become one of the Mediterranean's leading superyacht refit facilities. The yard handles vessels up to around 90 metres, with dry docks, engineering shops and specialist restoration teams.

Alongside refit work, the yard has delivered custom steel motor yachts and completed extensive rebuilds of classic vessels, often working with naval architects such as Charles E. Nicholson on heritage projects. Its reputation rests on craftsmanship, classic detailing and technical depth.
